The ASUS/ROG Share 2022 Promo is an annual Christmas Season campaign that aims to offer limited-time exclusive bundle packages and discounts to buyers of the featured ASUS, TUF, ROG laptops, mobile phones and peripherals starting November 15, 2022. The promo shall officially end on December 31, 2022.

 

The ASUS/ROG Share 2022 Promo is applicable only for Share 2022 participating models purchased at valid ASUS / ROG Concept Stores and authorized multi-brand partners including offline and online stores in the Philippines.

PROMO MECHANICS

 

 

1. Customers must purchase featured ASUS and ROG products in the listed official stores by ASUS Philippines.

 

 

2. In order to claim the promo package, customers are first required create or log-in their ASUS account (https://account.asus.com/ph/)

 

 

3. After creating or logging in their ASUS account, customers can register their purchase by logging in to, https://ph.asus.click/ASUSROGShare2022. This website is only applicable for claiming physical bundle items. while ROG phone 6 discounts should automatically be deducted upon purchase from the store.

Customers must correctly and completely fill-out the registration form as the physical bundle items will be shipped directly from the ASUS Philippines Warehouse in Metro Manila to the end-user's address. Any incorrect and incomplete information will cause further delay to the shipment turnaround time of items.

6. Customers shall see a pop-up message and receive an official automated email from ASUS if the entry has been received by the system successfully. They will also receive an email notification for every update and changes in the status of their claims until it has been successfully delivered.

 

 

8. Customers can also check the status of their entry when they log-in their ASUS account (https://account.asus.com/ph/)

 

 

9. Walk-in claims to the ASUS Philippines Headquarters will not be entertained.

 

 

10. Late registration of purchases within promo period (Nov 15 to December 31, 2022) will not be honored after February 28, 2023.

 

 

11. Shipments and customer service assistance shall be operational every Monday to Friday, 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., excluding holidays and sudden changes in community quarantine guidelines.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. The ASUS/ROG Share 2022 Promo is an annual Christmas Season campaign that aims to offer limited-time exclusive bundle packages and discounts to buyers of the featured ASUS, TUF, ROG laptops and mobile phones and accessories starting November 15, 2022. The promo shall officially end on December 31, 2022.

 

 

2. The promo exclusives will only be applicable from purchases made in the official stores stipulated. However, ASUS Philippines has the right to refuse redemptions for purchases that are not validated by NTC, even when bought from participating shops.

 

 

a. All electronic purchases should be activated and connected to the internet upon purchase, as part of the NTC validation process.

 

 

3. The promo allows a maximum of 5 claims per customer or per company for the whole promo period.

 

 

a. Each purchase and serial numbers, regardless of shared invoice or not, shall be registered separately on the microsite.

 

 

4. The customers must give valid and correct information to avail the exclusive items that will be sent out from ASUS Philippines Headquarters.

 

 

a. Incorrect or falsified information submitted to ASUS Philippines will void the validity of claim.

 

 

b. Collection Receipts, Acknowledgement Receipts and/or Down Payment Slips are not valid for claiming. Claims without an official invoice or incomplete details will automatically be rejected.

 

 

c. Authorized resellers and dealers may not submit claims on behalf of the customer.

 

 

5. Promo exclusives are non-transferrable and are not convertible to cash.

 

 

6. Employees of ASUS Philippines, affiliated agencies, distributors, dealers, promoters including their employees, and relatives up to the second-degree affinity or consanguinity are exempted from the promo.

 

 

7. ASUS Philippines’ official courier will be in contact with the customer for confirmation of validity as well as of shipment details via Facebook Messenger/SMS/Call/Email. Failure to respond to any of the attempted correspondence shall cause further delay of shipment to buyer.

 

8. Shipping of exclusive physical bundle items is until 90 days from the end of the promo period. Any unclaimed free exclusive items after the 90-days grace period will be tagged as invalid and forfeited in favor of ASUS Philippines with prior DTI Approval.

 

9. Shipment arrivals may vary depending on the location of delivery.

 

 

a. ASUS Philippines reserves the right to investigate any damages to the shipment before confirming replacement of item/s.

 

 

b. Any request to re-process outside the standard operating procedure will be subject to charges and fees shouldered by the customer.

 

 

c. For returned shipments due to courier unserviceable areas, ASUS will be coordinating with the customer for the nearest LBC branch or ASUS / ROG Concept Store in your area to re-ship the items. The bundle items should be returned to ASUS Manila Warehouse before re-shipping the item/s which may cause additional delays.

 

 

10. Existing replacement and repair policies of the store where the unit was purchased will be applicable once the unit has been availed.
