2. To claim the promo bundle items, customers are first required create or log-in their ASUS account (https://account.asus.com/ph/)
3. After creating or logging in their ASUS account, customers can register their purchase by logging in at https://ph.asus.click/ASUSROGShare2023. This promo site is only applicable for claiming physical bundle items.
3.1 ROG Phone discount will be deducted automatically from store purchase.
3.2 ASUS Premium Care 1 Year Warranty Extension will automatically reflect in the user’s MyASUS account after 7 working days upon registration in Share 2023 promo site.
3.3 Physical bundle items will be delivered directly to customer’s preferred shipping address until 90-days after the promo period.

6. Customers will see a pop-up confirmation message and receive an official automated email from ASUS once the entry is received by the system successfully.
7. Customers shall also receive an email notification for every update and changes in the status of their claims until it has been successfully delivered.

9. Walk-in claims to the ASUS Philippines Headquarters will not be entertained.
10. Late registration of purchases within promo period (November 15, 2023 to January 15, 2024) will not be honored after March 15, 2024.

1. The ASUS ROG Share 2023 is an annual Christmas sales promotion campaign that aims to offer limited-time exclusive bundle packages to buyers of featured ASUS, ROG, TUF laptops, ROG Phones, ASUS All-in-one PC and ASUS/ROG desktop starting November 15, 2023. The promo is officially ending until January 15, 2024.
2. The promo exclusives will only be applicable from purchases made in the official stores stipulated. However, ASUS Philippines has the right to refuse redemptions for purchases that are not validated by NTC, even when bought from participating shops.
3. All electronic purchases should be activated and connected to the internet upon purchase, as part of the NTC validation process.
4. The promo allows a maximum of 5 claims per customer or per company for the whole promo period.
5. Each purchase and serial numbers, regardless of shared invoice or not, shall be registered separately on the microsite.
6. The customers must give valid and accurate information to avail the exclusive items which will be sent out from ASUS Philippines Headquarters.
7. Incomplete, incorrect or falsified information submitted to ASUS Philippines will void the validity of claim.
8. Collection Receipts, Acknowledgement Receipts and/or Down Payment Slips are not valid for claiming. Claims without an official invoice or incomplete details will automatically be rejected
9. Authorized resellers, promoters, frontliners, branch managers and dealers may not submit and register claims on behalf of the customer.
10. If registered name in promo website does not match the invoice name, ASUS Philippines will require additional documents such as Authorization letter from customer whose name reflects in the official invoice.
11. Promo exclusives are non-transferrable and are not convertible to cash.
12. Employees of ASUS Philippines, affiliated agencies, distributors, dealers, promoters including their employees, and relatives up to the second-degree affinity or consanguinity are exempted from the promo.
13. ASUS Philippines’ official courier will be in contact with the customer for confirmation of validity as well as of shipment details via Facebook Messenger/SMS/Call/Email. Failure to respond to any of the attempted correspondence shall cause further delay of shipment to buyer.
14. Shipment arrivals may vary depending on the location and time of delivery.
15. Shipping of exclusive physical bundle items is until 90 days from the end of the promo period. Any unclaimed free exclusive items after the 90-days grace period will be tagged as invalid and forfeited in favor of ASUS Philippines with prior DTI Approval.
16. ASUS Philippines shall only accommodate up to 2 attempts in shipping the bundle package. All returned shipments will be forfeited after 2nd attempt.
17. For parcels with shipment concern: Unresponsive customers after 3 email and SMS attempt will automatically invalidate end-user claim/entry.
18. ASUS Philippines reserves the right to investigate any damages to the shipment before confirming replacement of item/s.
19. Any request to re-process outside the standard operating procedure will be subject to charges and fees shouldered by the customer.
20. For returned shipments due to courier unserviceable areas, ASUS will be coordinating with the customer for the nearest LBC branch or ASUS / ROG Concept Store in your area to re-ship the items. The bundle items should be returned to ASUS Manila Warehouse before re-shipping the item/s which may cause additional delays.
21. Existing replacement and repair policies of the store where the unit was purchased will be applicable once the unit has been availed.
22. Standard warranty terms will only apply to laptops purchased only during the same transaction.
23. ASUS Premium Care warranty extension for laptops will automatically reflect in the user’s account in MyASUS after 7 working days upon registration in Share 2023 Microsite.
