1.End-user must purchase any ASUS or ROG participating products (Motherboard, Graphics Card, AIO , PSU, LCD Monitors, Routers, Peripherals) amounting to at LEAST Php 10,000.00 (single-receipt).

3.Once registered, a confirmation email will be sent to the end-user confirming the successful registration.
Who can join the promo:
a.This promotion is open to all end-users who purchased any ASUS or ROG participating product from participating dealers and authorized resellers nationwide during the promo period amounting to at LEAST Php 10,000.00 (single-receipt) is a valid raffle entry.
b.Employees of ASUS Philippines, (hereinafter the “organizers the promotions”), and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining.
c.By joining and participating in Cool For School 2023 Raffle Promo (“the promotion”) participants confirm, agree to, and acknowledge that:
d.He or she has read the full mechanics of this promotion and agrees to abide by its terms and conditions;
e.ASUS Philippines Corporation shall receive his or her volunteered registration data and that all information supplied by him/her will be used by ASUS Philippines Corporation in accordance with its privacy policy;
f.Promotion period is from August 7 – September 8, 2023.
Determination of Winners/Prizes
1.Deadline of entries is on September 8, 2023 – 11:59pm.
2.A total of five (5) winners will be determined via electronic raffle. There will be five (5) raffle draw dates to determine the winners of prizes.
a. August 14, 2023: one (1) ASUS VivoBook laptop
b. August 22, 2023: one (1) ASUS VivoBook laptop
c. August 29, 2023: one (1) ASUS VivoBook laptop
d. September 4, 2023: one (1) ASUS VivoBook laptop
e. September 11, 2023: one (1) ROG Ally
3.Winners will be drawn via Electronic Raffle Draw at the 4/F Hanston Bldg., F. Ortigas Jr. Rd., Ortigas Center, Pasig City every 3:00PM, witnessed by a DTI representative.
4.Winning from one raffle draw automatically disqualifies the winner from the rest of future raffle draws in this promotion.
5.Winners will be notified by phone and through email from asus.philippines@gmail.com.
6.Winners will receive notification letter or registered MAIL no later than 14 days.
7.Winners must claim their prizes on or before November 18, 2023 or until 60 days after receipt of notification letter. If for any reason, the winner is unable to claim the prize within the redemption period, the prize will be forfeited, in favor of ASUS Philippines Corporation with prior approval from DTI. ASUS Philippines Corporation reserves the right to choose another winner should the original winner fail to cooperate on the submission of requirements.
8.Prizes are non-transferable, not convertible to cash and cannot be replaced with other items / services.
9.By participating in this raffle all participants and winner(s) grant ASUS Philippines Corporation exclusive permission to use and disclose personal information and photographs in connection with this promotion for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on TV, Radio, ASUS Philippines Website, or Official ASUS Philippines Facebook Page.
10.Redemption period is until 60 calendar days from receipt of the registered email. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of ASUS Philippines with prior approval of DTI.
11.20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00 will be shouldered by ASUS Philippines.
12.Only the end-users with VALID Proof of purchase of any Asus or ROG participating product will be determined as qualified to be chosen for the raffle.
13.The ASUS Team will send in the item within 20 working days once your details have been confirmed.
14.Commercial and/or bulk purchases are disqualified from joining the promotion.
15.ASUS reserves the right to modify and/or change the mechanics of the program without prior notice.

Promotion Event Terms and Conditions
1.The promotion – Cool For School 2023 Raffle ("Promotion"). is hosted by ASUS Philippines Corporation (ASUS).
2.Detailed information with respect to how to join and receive the ASUS merchandise in connection with this specific Promotion, ASUS Terms of Use Notice, and ASUS Privacy Policy, constitute part of the Promotion Event Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. ASUS may, at any time, revise the Terms and Conditions and other rules set forth by ASUS. You shall be bound by any such revisions.
3.The promotion commences on August 7, 2023 at 00:00 (GMT+8) and terminates September 8, 2023 at 23:59 (GMT+8) (“Promotion Period”). The registration period will end on September 8, 2023
4.The promotion will only take place in areas included in the Philippine territory. Those who would like to participate in the Promotion during the Promotional Period, you acknowledge the following:
4.1 You shall be considered as an adult by the laws of the country where you reside in.
4.2 The Promotion applies to the purchase of eligible products.
4.3 Purchases from participating dealers within the Promotion Territory are allowed to claim.
4.4 The Invoice/receipt must state the date of purchase and a valid billing address and must correspond to local legal requirements.
4.5 You are allowed to up to claim one (1) set eligible ASUS product bundle per set.
4.6 Purchase of eligible ASUS Products and corresponding claims must be made in your country of residence and only from participating dealers.
4.7 This Promotion cannot be combined with a different ASUS promotion.

5.If there is no status update on the end-users claim, you may proceed to email asus.philippines@gmail.com to check. Please input the subject as [Promo Status] Cool For School 2023 Raffle. In the mail body, include your name, delivery address, and the serial number of the claimed product.
6.ASUS reserves the right to modify the Promotion details without prior notice.
7.Corporate/Commercial customers are not allowed to claim in this Promotion
8.You must behave in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and must not be in violation of any applicable laws and regulations. ASUS reserves the right to verify the validity of Your qualification at any time during or after the Promotion Period. We also reserve the right to disqualify You from this Promotion including the game codes qualification if the Terms and Conditions are not followed or constitute any misconduct for tampering, or suspicion of tampering, with the Promotion without any notice. Failure of ASUS to enforce any of its rights hereof does not constitute a waiver of those rights with prior approval of DTI.
9.In case you return the eligible ASUS Product, the Promotion claim will be canceled. Already claimed items have to be refunded to ASUS, plus an additional Php4,000.00 handling fee. Next to this, ASUS will take legal steps against fraudulent or abusive attempts
