How to Join:

1. End-user must pre-order the ROG Matrix GeForce RTX 4090 from any of ASUS' official partner resellers: Datablitz, Gaisano Interpace Cebu, Game One, IT World, JDM Techno Computer Center, PC Express, PC Hub, PC QuickBuys, PC Worx 

2. End-user must be able to secure a pre-order receipt from the participating reseller.

3. End-user must register on this site the following information.

Purchase Date
Store where item was bought
Invoice / Acknowledgement Receipt Number
Photo of the invoice / pre-order receipt

3. Once registered, a confirmation email with the code will be sent to the end-user confirming the successful registration.

4.  Within five (5) working days, ASUS PH will conduct verification with the reseller where the item was bought.

5. Once the reseller confirms the validity of the submitted invoice / acknowledgment receipt, ASUS PH will send following items within fifteen (15) working days:

ROG Thor 1200P
ROG Herculx
ROG x Spalding basketball
ROG Omni
Who can join the promo:
a. This promotion is open to all end-users who purchased an ROG Matrix RTX 4090 graphics card.
b. Employees of ASUS Philippines and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining.
c. By joining and participating in The Champion's Pack Promo (“the promotion”), participants confirm, agree to, and acknowledge that:


He or she has read the full mechanics of this promotion and agrees to abide by its terms and conditions;
ASUS Philippines Corporation shall receive his or her volunteered registration data and all information supplied by him/her will be used by ASUS Philippines Corporation in accordance with its privacy policy;
The promotion period is from October 5 – October 31, 2023.

4. Deadline for entry submission is on October 5, 2023 – 11:59 pm.

5. Customers with qualified claims will receive a notification letter no later than fifteen (15) working days.

6. Prizes are non-transferable, not convertible to cash, and cannot be replaced with other items/services.

7. Only the end-users with VALID Proof of purchase of any ASUS or ROG participating product will be determined as qualified to be chosen for the code redemption.

8. Commercial and/or bulk purchases are disqualified from joining the promotion.

9. ASUS reserves the right to modify and/or change the mechanics of the program without prior notice.



Promotion Event Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion – The Champion's Pack ("Promotion"). is hosted by ASUS Philippines Corporation (ASUS).

2. Detailed information with respect to how to join and receive the ASUS merchandise in connection with this specific Promotion, ASUS Terms of Use Notice, and ASUS Privacy Policy, constitute part of the Promotion Event Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. ASUS may, at any time, revise the Terms and Conditions and other rules set forth by ASUS. You shall be bound by any such revisions.

3. The promotion commences on October 5, 2023 at 00:00 (GMT+8) and terminates October 31, 2023 at 23:59 (GMT+8) (“Promotion Period”). The registration period will end on October 31, 2023

4. The promotion will only take place in areas included in the Philippine territory. Those who would like to participate in the Promotion during the Promotional Period, you acknowledge the following:
4.1 You shall be considered an adult by the laws of the country where you reside in.
4.2 The Promotion applies to the purchase of eligible products.
4.3 Purchases from participating dealers within the Promotion Territory are allowed to claim.
4.4 The Invoice/receipt must state the date of purchase and a valid billing address and must correspond to local legal requirements.
4.5 You are allowed to claim one (1) eligible ASUS code / reward per product line.
4.6 Purchase of eligible ASUS Products and corresponding claims must be made in your country of residence and only from participating dealers.
4.7 This Promotion cannot be combined with a different ASUS promotion. ASUS reserves the right to disqualify entries with previous claim records in any of ASUS' previous promotions.

5. If there is no status update on the end-users claim, you may proceed to email asus.philippines@gmail.com to check. Please input the subject as [Promo Status] The Champion's Pack Promo. In the mail body, include your name, delivery address, and the serial number of the claimed product.

6. ASUS reserves the right to modify the Promotion details without prior notice.

7. Corporate/Commercial customers are not allowed to claim in this Promotion

8. You must behave in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and must not be in violation of any applicable laws and regulations. ASUS reserves the right to verify the validity of Your qualification at any time during or after the Promotion Period. We also reserve the right to disqualify You from this Promotion including the game codes qualification if the Terms and Conditions are not followed or constitute any misconduct for tampering, or suspicion of tampering, with the Promotion without any notice. Failure of ASUS to enforce any of its rights hereof does not constitute a waiver of those rights with prior approval of DTI.

9. In case you return the eligible ASUS Product, the Promotion claim will be canceled. Already claimed items have to be refunded to ASUS, plus an additional Php4,000.00 handling fee. Next to this, ASUS will take legal steps against fraudulent or abusive attempts
