[Phone] Device can not be detected when connected to PC

Please follow the methods below for troubleshooting:

1. Make sure the OS on PC is Windows XP SP3 and above.

2. Settings > Developer options > disable USB debugging.

3. Android 7 ：Settings > Developer options > Select USB configuration > select MTP (Media Transfer Protocol).

Android 8 ：Settings > System > Developer options > Select USB configuration > select MTP (Media Transfer Protocol).

Andrioid 9 ：Settings > System > Developer options > Default USB configuration > select File Transfer .

5. Update Windows Media Player to V11 or newer version. Check your version
by launching Windows Media Player > clicking Help > About Windows Media Player
