[Windows operating system] Mouse pointer position display behavior

As for the content, since it does not only happen on the desktop, opening any application on the screen should also have the same Windows behavior.

In the Windows operating system, when the mouse pointer moves to the extreme edge of the screen, its display position will be slightly different. The actual behavior can be seen in the figure below.

1. The left side (actually, the place pointed to by the mouse tip is the edge).

2. Right side (actually, the place pointed to by the mouse tip is the edge).

3. The upper side(actually, the place pointed to by the mouse tip is the edge).

4. Bottom side (actually, the place pointed to by the mouse tip is the edge).
