Redemption Instructions

  1. Visit the redemption page of your region.

  2. Click the Register button and log in to your ASUS member account. If you are not a member, click Sign Up to register. Please return to the redemption page after signing up for the ASUS membership.

  3. Take photos of the product label on the box and the invoice. Return to the redemption page to fill in the product serial number (SN) and upload the image of the invoice (max 5 MB).

  4. You will receive an ASUS confirmation email with a unique Adobe Creative Cloud link.
    If you did not receive the email, please visit https://account.asus.com/ and check “My Account -> Application status”. The Adobe Creative Cloud link should appear in the Product Information section.

  5. Click that Adobe URL and then “sign in” or create an Adobe Creative Cloud account, and then redeem your adobe creative cloud.

  • When does the promotion start and end? And is there a redemption period? When does that start and end?

    The three-month and one-month limited-term subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps for Individuals is valid for users who purchase their eligible device between August 1, 2021 and August 31, 2023. The redemption begins on September 15, 2021 and ends on August 31, 2023.

  • Which ASUS products are eligible for the promotion?

  • Which regions are eligible for the promotion?

    The Adobe Creative Cloud offer from ASUS is available in regions where Adobe makes Creative Cloud All Apps for Individuals available to end users. This means purchases of eligible products in regions where Creative Cloud All Apps for Individuals is not available do not qualify for this offer.   • If I already have an existing Adobe account, do I need to create a new one to be eligible for this offer?

    No, you may use an existing Adobe account to redeem the offer.

  • If I already have an existing Adobe Creative Cloud subscription, am I still eligible for the promotion?

    Yes, if you already have an existing subscription for Creative Cloud All Apps for Individuals, an additional three months or one month will be added and will be activated after your current subscription has ended. If you have another Creative Cloud subscription that is not for Creative Cloud All Apps for Individuals (such as for an individual app or the Photography Plan) then your complimentary three-month or one-month subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps for Individuals will also be added and will be activated after that subscription is ended.

  • If I purchased multiple promotion-eligible devices, can I redeem the same subscription multiple times?

    Yes, a user is eligible to redeem up to five subscriptions. Only one subscription will be provided for each eligible ASUS product.

  • What happens when the three-month and one-month subscription ends?

    At the end of the three-month and the one-month subscription term, users may continue to access Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps for Individuals or another Creative Cloud product by purchasing a subscription at the current price. If you do not renew your subscription then it is considered cancelled. For more information, please see Adobe’s website at https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html.

  • How do I redeem the complimentary Adobe membership if I purchased an eligible PC that doesn’t include an operating system?

    You can redeem the complimentary Adobe membership via the redemption page on the official ASUS website. Just fill in the product serial number, check number and upload a copy of invoice.

  • Who can I contact if I encounter any problems when claiming the offer?

As a special “Thank You!” for purchasing a ASUS device, ASUS has teamed up with Adobe to provide a three-month and one-month limited term subscription to “Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps, Individual” (the “Offer”). Before claiming the Offer, you should understand the terms and conditions governing this promotion (“Offer Terms”). The Offer Terms are in addition to ASUS’s Terms of Use Notice and Privacy Policy (our “Standard Terms”) governing your use of the ASUS services. You must create an account with Adobe and accept the Adobe Terms of Use to be eligible for this Offer. By claiming the Offer, you agree to these Offer Terms in addition to our Standard Terms. Capitalized terms used here but not defined have the meaning given to them in our Standard Terms. ASUS and Adobe reserve the right to terminate this Offer at any time.

1. HOW TO PARTICIPATE.

User shall purchase one (1) new and eligible ASUS product (refurbished products are not included) during the Promotion Period as defined below to participate in the Offer and claim either one (1) complimentary access to Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps, Individual membership for three (3) months or one (1) complimentary access to Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps, Individual membership for one (1) month. User may only claim one (1) Offer per Order (irrespective of the number of the eligible ASUS product ordered). This Offer can be combined with other, simultaneously running offers from ASUS or Adobe.

The User shall become a member of ASUS, log in an ASUS account and submit the serial number, the check number and the invoice of the purchased product to redeem the Offer. Once the eligibility is proved, the User will be directed to a redemption portal on www.adobepartneroffer.com (additional terms and conditions apply), where User will be instructed to select the Order and log in with or create an Adobe account. Unclaimed Offer will not be reissued to User.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD.

The Offer begins in Taiwan starting September 15, 2021 at 00:00 AM, CST and ends on August 31, 2023 at 11:59 PM, CST (“Promotion Period”).

3. REDEMPTION PERIOD.

The Offer may be claimed between September 15, 2021 at 00:00 AM, CST and August 31, 2023 at 11:59 PM, CST (“Redemption Period”).

4. GENERAL CONDITIONS.

No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent of any Offer, except by ASUS, which reserves the right to substitute an Offer with one of comparable or greater value. Any taxes and any duties on the Offer are the User’s sole responsibility.

If User returns the eligible ASUS product, the claim for an Offer will be invalidated, and User will not be entitled to claim or receive the Offer. This does not apply if User exercises its legal rights under the Consumer Rights laws because the eligible ASUS product is faulty.

5. VIOLATION

If Users participate and claim the Offer without the purchase of one (1) new and eligible ASUS product and cannot prove their eligibility of the Offer, ASUS reserves the right to take legal action at any time.

6. PRIVACY; DATA COLLECTION.

7. SURVIVAL.

If any clause of these Offer Terms should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

ASUS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ANY OFFER OR THE PARTICIPATION OF THE USER IN THE OFFER.
