DisplayPort-ul de pe NUC nu funcționează.
Rezoluție
Pot exista mai multe cauze pentru această problemă:
- Driverul grafic Intel nu este instalat.
- Este instalat un driver grafic vechi.
- Cablu Display Port defect.
Încercați următoarele etape de depanare pentru a rezolva problema:
- Încercați un alt cablu Display Port și un alt monitor/televizor.
- Instalați cel mai recent driver grafic pentru Intel NUC, disponibil pe Centrul de descărcare.
- Actualizați BIOS-ul la cea mai recentă versiune disponibilă.
Dacă niciuna dintre etapele de mai sus nu a funcționat:
- Verificați alte porturi video dacă încă aveți un afișaj.
- Realizați o recuperare BIOS.
Dacă aceste etape nu rezolvă problema, contactați Asistența pentru clienți.
