[NUC] Mufa audio de 3,5 mm de pe panoul frontal nu funcționează pe NUC

Rezoluție

Verificați dacă sunetul din panoul frontal este activat în BIOS:

  1. Apăsați F2 la pornire pentru a accesa BIOS.
  2. Accesați Advanced > Devices > Onboard Devices.
  3. Activați setarea Audio (bifați caseta).
  4. Apăsați F10 pentru a salva și a ieși din BIOS.
  5. Descărcați și instalați cel mai recent driver Realtek High Definition Audio pentru Intel NUC de la Download Center.

În cazul sistemelor care pot reda sunet prin HDMI sau prin jack-ul audio de 3,5 mm din panoul frontal:

  1. Faceți clic dreapta pe pictograma difuzorului din bara de activități Windows.
  2. Faceți clic pe Open Sound Settings.
  3. În Output, selectați Realtek Audio.

Pe sistemele care pot emite sunet prin cablul HDMI sau prin jack-ul audio de 3,5 mm de pe panoul frontal:

  1. Dați clic dreapta pe pictograma difuzorului din bara de activități Windows.
  2. Dați clic pe Deschideți setările de sunet.
  3. În Ieșire, selectați Audio Realtek.
