    • Excellent negotiation, presentation and teamwork skills
    • Successful experience in product/territory development
    • Strong experience in channel management

    • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian
    Key Responsibilities of the person:
    • Increase ASUS market share in region
    • Increase positive brand awareness of ASUS in region
    • Manage the local market and pricing models
    • Manage key dealers, retailers and system integrators in region
    • Builds and develops high level customer contacts/relationships to ensure long term partnerships and increase sales
    • Create and successfully implement motivation programs for customers
    • Increase profitability of company and sales volumes
    • Be expert in local market competition, deliver a quarterly revenue forecast and be accountable for achieving company goals
    Business trips:
    • About 15% of working time

    Corporate solutions coordinator

    • Daily cooperation with customers
    • Weekly meetings with customers for more effective and productive cooperation
    • Maintaining of commercial customers database/ weekly updating
    • Support customers regarding technical, commercial and other issues
    • 2+ years’ experience in the related sphere/ channel knowledge
    • Understanding of market structure and line of corporate business development
    • Self-motivated, ambitious, pro-active and tenacious, with the capability of achieving challenging targets
    • Ability to solve business tasks under high pressure (high level of stress resistance+problem solving abilities)
    • Quick and effective response on customer requirements
    • Advanced English language skills (upper intermediate)

    Channel&Retail manager for smartphones/pc

    • Daily market review (competitors' prices, offers, etc.)
    • Weekly sellout/inventory/forecast/shipment checking
    • Price list maintaining
    • Proper target/share setting
    • Synchronization with sellout team
    • Weekly reporting
    • Proficiency both in Russian and English languages
    • Experience in smartphones/pc product line-up planning, P&L and channel management
    • Excellent technical knowledge and good knowledge of Russian smartphones/pc market
    • Excellent analytical skills and logical thinking
    • Target oriented, accurate, proactive, with strong sense of responsibility
    • Able to work under pressure and lead projects under constraints
