When does the redemption start and end?
The redemption of the three-month and one-month limited-term subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud Pro for Individuals, Photography Plan (1TB), Adobe Substance 3D, Adobe Stock, and Acrobat Standard
begins on October 2, 2023 and ends on August 31, 2026. Any codes redeemed before September 1, 2023, will expire.

Which regions are eligible for the promotion?
The Adobe Creative Cloud offer from ASUS is available in regions where Adobe makes Creative Cloud Pro for Individuals, Photography Plan (1TB), Adobe Substance 3D, Adobe Stock, and Acrobat Standard available to end users. This means purchases of eligible products in regions where Creative Cloud Pro for Individuals, Photography Plan (1TB), Adobe Substance 3D, Adobe Stock, and Acrobat Standard are not available do not qualify for this offer. If I already have an existing Adobe account, do I need to create a new one to be eligible for this offer?
No, you may use an existing Adobe account to redeem the offer.
If I already have an existing Adobe Creative Cloud subscription, am I still eligible for the promotion?
Yes, if you already have an existing subscription for Creative Cloud Pro for Individuals or Photography Plan (1TB) or Adobe Substance 3D or Adobe Stock or Acrobat Standard, an additional three months or one month will be added and will be activated after your current subscription has ended.
If you have another Creative Cloud subscription that is not for Creative Cloud Pro for Individuals (such as for an individual app or the Photography Plan) then your complimentary three-month or one-month subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud Pro for Individuals will also be added and will be activated after that subscription is ended.
If I purchased multiple promotion-eligible devices, can I redeem the same subscription multiple times?
Each customer may redeem the 3-month and 1-month subscriptions only once.

What happens when the three-month and one-month subscription ends?
At the end of the three-month and the one-month subscription term, users may continue to access Adobe Creative Cloud Pro for Individuals or another Creative Cloud product by purchasing a subscription at the current price. If you do not renew your subscription then it is considered cancelled.

You can redeem the complimentary Adobe membership via the redemption page on the official ASUS website.
Just fill in the product serial number and upload a copy of the sales invoice.
