1. How do I access and start ASUS Virtual Assistant 

 

Open the new browser (e.g. Chrome or Edge) and go to ASUS Official Support website      *Here we take US website as example

From homepage of ASUS Support site, you can see the icon of ASUS Vitual Assistant at bottom right. 

 

You will see greeting message pops up right after you click the ASUS Virtual Assistant icon. Also, before you start to interact with ASUS Virtual Assistant, 

please read through the Privacy Policy. Tick Agree to get the service Started.

Right after you start ASUS Virtual Assistant and get to homepage, click your Service type to extend the menu and start the service.

Virtual Assistant starts to search for information with a few seconds, and then suggest a step-by-step troubleshooting plus a proper FAQ article for you.

Repair Service 

 

From this section, you can take advantage of our Repair service to instantly get the information before/after you send your device to Service center for repair.

For example like checking the Service location nearby, request Repair quotation and parts purchase, check how far the repair is currently going, and so forth.

Warranty and Policy 

 

After you buy the product and use for a period of time, you might be concerned about product warranty. 

Here you can quickly view your product warranty status and take action on your warranty (extend device warranty, update warranty date, buy ASUS Premium Care)

To have service support regarding warranty, you need to provide your product serial number (S/N) to go further.

By clicking Start Over, you can immediately return to the start menu and access to other service.

Then you will see the icon which links to Satisfaction survey.
