I. General Terms and Conditions
1. This contest (hereinafter the “Contest”) is organized and executed by ASUS Holland
BV (hereinafter “ASUS”), having its registered office at Marconistraat 2, 7825 GD
EMMEN, The Netherlands .
2. Participation in the Contest constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these
Terms and Conditions.
3. The Contest runs from August 1st
, 2025, and ends on July 31st, 2026 (“Contest
Period”) and is open to any natural person who is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age,
has a residential address in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway (the “Territory”).
4. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway / the national laws of the participant’s
country of residence. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any rights a
consumer may have under their applicable national consumer protection laws.
II. Platform and Legal Disclaimers
1. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated
with, Meta. Participants release Meta from any liability arising out of or in
connection with this Contest. All information provided by participants is collected
and processed solely by ASUS for the purposes of managing the Contest.

III. Eligibility
1. The Contest is open only to individuals who:
o Reside in the Territory;
o Are at least 18 years old and legally recognized as adults in their country of
residence;
o Are not employees of ASUS, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, or
advertising/agency partners involved in organizing the Contest, nor members
of their immediate families or households.
2. Each individual may participate with only one (1) email address. Each participant
(“Entrant”) is eligible to win only one (1) prize per month during the Contest Period.
IV. Registration
1. To participate in the Contest, Entrants must:
• participate in the Promotion, during the Promotion Period, the Participant
must respond to the survey sent after receiving email assistance or repair,
which they received via email invitation after their last email inquiry or after
the completed repair. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude entries that
are (a) incomplete, (b) false or made in bad faith, (c) illegible, (d) contain
sexual content or are otherwise offensive or objectionable; or (e) do not
comply with these Official Rules.
• Participation requires selecting the "Yes" option for the question "I would like
to participate in the Satisfaction Survey promotion" and selecting the "I agree
that ASUS may use the information provided above to contact me after
submitting the form and to analyze and improve the user experience provided
by ASUS products and services" option.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the
chances of winning.
V. Prize
1. There will be a total of 12 Prize Winners, each selected in a random draw conducted
by ASUS through a program using a random number generator.
2. One (1) winning Applicant ("Winner") will be drawn at the Organizer's corporate
office on each of the following dates: August 29th, 2025; September 30th , 2025;
October 31st, 2025; November 28th, 2025; December 30th, 2025; January 30th,
2026; February 27th, 2026; March 31st, 2026; April 30th, 2026; May 29th, 2026; June
30th, 2026; July 31st, 2026. For the avoidance of doubt, applications received by
23:59:59 on the last day of each month are eligible for the current monthly draw (on
the first Wednesday working day of the following month). The winning Applicant
does not need to be present to win.
3. The prizes are:
o ASUS ROG Cetra True Wireless SpeedNova Headphones
Each Prize Winner will receive one (1) of the above prizes, selected at ASUS’s discretion.
4. Prizes are awarded “AS IS.” ASUS makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding
the prizes, including but not limited to their condition, merchantability, or fitness for
a particular purpose. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) is subject to market
fluctuations. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other
items unless ASUS, at its sole discretion, offers a substitute of equal or greater
value.
VI. Winner Selection Process
1. Upon each valid satisfaction survey submission during the Contest Period, a unique
raffle number will be assigned to the Entrant.
2. After the Contest Period ends, winners will be selected through a random draw from
the pool of all eligible raffle numbers.
3. The random draw will be conducted internally by ASUS personnel and supervised to
ensure transparency and fairness.
4. The outcome of the draw is final and binding. No correspondence or appeals
regarding the winner selection will be accepted.
5. Winners will be notified via email within seven (7) business days following the draw.
6. ASUS will verify each Winner’s eligibility and compliance with the Terms before
confirming the award. If a Winner is found ineligible, ASUS reserves the right to
conduct a redraw.
VII. Prize Delivery and Conditions
1. Prize Winners must reply to ASUS’s notification email within one (1) month and
provide their full name, mailing address, and phone number. If no response is
received within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and ASUS may select an
alternate Winner.
2. Prizes will be shipped to the confirmed addresses within one (1) month after the
consultation. Delays may occur due to unforeseen logistical or supply chain issues.
3. Entrants must ensure the accuracy of all submitted information. ASUS reserves the
right to reject or cancel winning claims due to incorrect, incomplete, or misleading
information.
4. Any taxes, customs duties, or other charges related to the receipt of the prize are the
sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. ASUS will not be liable for any additional
costs, including but not limited to personal income tax or customs clearance fees.
Winners are responsible for complying with any applicable tax regulations in their
country of residence and should seek independent tax advice if necessary.
VIII. Data Protection and GDPR Compliance
1. All personal data collected in connection with this Contest will be processed in
accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)
and applicable national data protection laws.
2. Personal data will be used solely for the administration of the Contest, prize
delivery, and publication of Winners (where required). Participants have the right to
access, rectify, or erase their personal data, and may exercise these rights by
contacting: privacy@asus.com.
IX. Final Provisions
1. ASUS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time
without notice, provided such changes do not adversely affect participants’ rights
acquired under these Terms.
2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved
under the laws of Sweden, and participants may initiate legal proceedings before
the competent courts of Sweden.
