ASUS Ranks as One of Fortune's 2020 World's Most Admired Companies

Achieving a prominent position in the Computers category for the fifth time, the ranking underscores the ongoing ASUS commitment to creating incredible innovations

NEW YORK, January 21, 2020 ASUS today announced that the company has been recognized by Fortune as one of the World's Most Admired Companies for the fifth time, achieving a prominent ranking in the Computers category and receiving outstanding recognition for quality of products and services as well as long-term investment value. ASUS has had a dynamic start to 2020 with the announcement of a new lineup of products at the annual Consumer Electronics Show and 11 CES 2020 Innovation Award wins for a range of products, including notebooks, displays, smartphones and gaming accessories.
The ranking as one of Fortune’s World’s Most Admired Companies continues this momentum and highlights the ongoing ASUS commitment to delivering incredible innovations to create the most ubiquitous, intelligent, heartfelt, and joyful smart life for everyone. Survey methodology

Fortune collaborated with its partner Korn Ferry to conduct its annual survey. From a list of approximately 1500 candidates, the 1000 largest U.S. companies were selected based on revenue, along with non-U.S. companies in Fortune’s Global 500 database with revenues of $10 billion or greater. The highest-revenue companies in each industry were selected, totaling 680 from 30 countries. To determine the best-regarded companies in 52 industries, Korn Ferry asked executives, directors, and analysts to rate enterprises from the final list of 680 companies in their own industry on nine criteria, including investment value, quality of management, products, social responsibility and ability to attract talent.
