What is ROG Accidental Damage Protection (ADP)?
It is a fact – accidents happen to all of us. Our ADP plan was created to protect you against damages from accidents such as liquid spills, electrical surges and drops. Only applicable to selected ROG laptops1 (subject to verification by ASUS), and valid only within the first year of product ownership starting from your purchase date.

What kind of accidental damages are NOT covered?
The ROG ADP does NOT apply to the following: scratches and dents, incorrect or inadequate customer installation, lost or stolen products, intentional damage, recovery or transfer of stored data to the product, requests for miscellaneous cables or accessories and damages caused by natural disasters.

How many claims can I fi le for accidental damage?
There is a maximum limit of only one (1) claim per registered serial number during the first

year of product ownership, starting from your purchase date. Serial number validation is performed by ASUS Service Centre or Call Centre.

What is the list of products that are eligible for ROG ADP plan?
This protection plan applies only to selected ROG laptops1 (purchased from ASUS Brand Shop and authorised retailers in BRAND NEW factory sealed condition2. Refurbished or open box devices, units sold and purchased outside of Singapore and purchases from non-authorised retailers in Singapore are not entitled for this program3. Refer to terms and conditions below for full list of eligible products.

How do I request for a RMA or On-Site Service for my ROG product?
You can call the ROG Service Hotline at +65 6588 1723 to request for a pick-up of your ROG laptop or on-site service of your ROG desktop (on-site service is not applicable to ROG laptops).

1. Eligible models include GZ700GX-AD033T, G703GXR-EV031T, GX502GW-ES046T, GX502GV-ES006T, GL531GW-RTX20701, GL531GV-RTX20601.
2. ROG ADP is available for BRAND NEW purchases of ROG laptops and are eligible for the ADP plan upon purchase.
3. Refurbished and/or open box of any qualified ROG products do not qualify for ADP plan. Please refer to any ASUS authorised retailer for more details. Exclusions may apply, and all claims are subject to verification and confirmation by ASUS. End users will be responsible for the one-way shipping fee to a designated ASUS servicing facility and ASUS will cover the returning shipping fee to your originating address within Singapore only.
* Priority queue and dedicated hotline services apply to all ROG laptops and desktops except ASUS FX laptop series, refurbished and/or open box of any qualified ROG products as well as ROG products purchased from non-authorised ASUS retailers or out of Singapore.
* This Service Package provides coverage for the following types of accidental damage arising out of normal use : Drops, falls or other collisions; Liquid Damage; Electrical surges; Accidental breakages
* Under this Service Package, Customer is eligible for one (1) claim for service per year during the coverage period.
* Key part(s) referred to above include the screen (LCD), DVD/CD ROM drive, motherboard, processor, hard disk drive and memory.
* The total cumulative costs of repair services provided under this Service Package shall not exceed the Customer purchase price of the Product.
* All components repaired or replaced by an ASUS Service Center will be under warranty for three months or for the remainder of the warranty period, whichever is applicable. In order to make a claim under this Service Package, you will have to provide an explanation of where and when the incident occurred as well as a detailed description of the incident. Failure to provide this information or requested documentation will result in the claim being rejected.
