Terms & Conditions

All persons (“Participants”) entering the ASUS “Be Rewarded” Promotion (“Promotion”) agree that the Promotion rules, as set out in these Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), shall apply and are binding on them.

Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

TLC Marketing Worldwide (Singapore) PTY Ltd (“TLC”) and ASUS Singapore are collectively referred to as the “Promoters” in respect of the Promotion for purposes of these Terms and Conditions.

The Promotion is administered by TLC Marketing Worldwide (Singapore), Co. Registration number: 201923399W, 9 Battery Road, MYP Centre, 28th Floor, Singapore 049910 (“TLC”). All correspondence regarding this Promotion should be directed to asus@tlcrewards.com.

The Campaign commences as follows on 1st February 2021 and ends at midnight (12am) on 31st March 2021, all days inclusive.

Entries must be submitted within 7 days from date of purchase.

Nature of the Rewards:

These Terms and Conditions cover the rewards that we source for you from our partners. The Promoters of these rewards is ASUS Singapore and TLC Marketing Worldwide (Singapore) Proprietary, a private company duly incorporated in accordance with the laws of Singapore with its registered address at 9 Battery Road, MYP Centre, 28th Floor, Singapore 049910 (“TLC”).

By accessing these rewards, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and you consent to us sharing your personal data with affiliates (means, in relation to TLC Marketing Worldwide, any entity Controlling, Controlled by or under common Control with TLC Marketing Worldwide from time to time) and suppliers for purposes of this reward.

These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions applicable to ASUS product purchase to receive the Rewards. If there is a conflict between the Terms and Conditions applicable to the account or service and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions will apply insofar as the rewards are concerned.

The reward vouchers are not exchangeable for cash in part or full.

Key Dates

  • The promotional period opens 12.01am SGT on 01 February 2021 and closes 11.59pm SGT on 31 March 2021 (“Promotional Period”).
  • The redemption period opens 12.01am SGT on 01 February 2021 and closes 11.59pm on 07 April 2021 (“Redemption Period”).

Qualifying criteria:

  • This Promotion is only open to only Singapore residents who have made the qualifying purchase of 1 (ONE) participating ASUS product ranging from Laptops to Desktops in any of the participating retailers. (“Qualified Customer”).
  • Entries are limited to 2 (TWO) per person, per household, per receipt for the duration of the promotion.
  • This promotion is only open to consumer purchases and not B2B purchases.

How to redeem your Asus reward:

The Participant will need to purchase 1 (ONE) participating ASUS product ranging from Laptops to Desktops at any of the participating stores and ecommerce platforms (“Purchases”), including:

  • The Participant will visit the promotion dedicated redemption site and enter their personal details, as well as the serial number and product part model number found on their product.
  • The Promoter and TLC shall have the sole discretion to disqualify or reject any submission deemed to be illegible, incomplete or invalid.
  • All Purchases are subject to validation by serial code and proof of payment/invoice/receipt.
  • TLC reserves the rights to provide an alternative reward that is equal or improved value to the rewards on offer.
  • Customer with valid entries as set out above shall receive an email with their reward voucher/code and redemption instructions. Selected rewards will be booked directly with the Partner by TLC concierge team after required details are provided by the Customer.
  • Entries are limited to 2 (TWO) per person, per household, per receipt for the duration of the promotion.

  • This is only valid for single entry.
  • Please present either mobile or printed voucher at the ticketing counter for redemption of wristband.
  • This ticket is valid for 60 days from date of purchase. Strictly no extension of date.
  • Tickets and wristbands issued or purchased are non-refundable, non-transferrable and not for re-sale.
  • Void if altered, tampered or damaged.
  • Not valid with other promotions, discounts, vouchers and any other offers.
  • This ticket is not exchangeable for cash.
  • Grip socks (any type) are required while you are in the venue. Ticket prices includes NAX grip socks.
  • Covered sports shoes are required for activities within Compete and the rope courses at Challenge & Conquer.
  • Only children 6 years and below are allowed to participate in the activities within Challenge.
  • Guests 7 years and above are allowed to participate in the activities within Conquer and Compete.
  • Children 6 years and below must ALWAYS be accompanied and supervised by a responsible guardian (aged 18 or above) with paid and valid admission.
  • Proof of birth date may be required upon check-in (for children 6 years and below, adults and guardians aged 18 and above).
  • All guests are required to read and acknowledge NAX Singapore Pte Ltd waiver form before entering the Venue. Guests are welcome to do so online or onsite.
  • Admission is at the ticket holder’s own risk. NAX Singapore Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by the ticket holder while at the venue. Any assistance provided by NAX Singapore Pte Ltd shall not be construed as admission of liability.
  • Admission to NAX is subject to Our Terms & Conditions,
  • Venue Operating Hours are subject to change without prior notice.

Miscellaneous

Customers must have made a qualifying purchase. Customers can be deemed invalid at the absolute discretion of the Promoter or TLC, resulting in invalidation of a Qualified Customer’s claim (and/or all claims submitted by the Qualified Customer) and forfeiture of any right to a Reward.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of a Qualified Customer, TLC and the Promoter reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Qualified Customer.

The Promoter and TLC reserve the right to request Qualified Customers to provide proof of identity in order to claim the Reward. Subject to the applicable laws, identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of TLC and the Promoter. In the event that a consumer cannot provide suitable proof, the Qualified Customer will forfeit the Reward in whole and no substitute will be offered.

The Promoter and TLC’s decision in relation to all aspects of this Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Incomprehensible, indecipherable and incomplete entries may at TLC’s discretion be deemed invalid and not eligible for Reward.

The Reward is personal to each Qualified Customer, and cannot be exchanged, transferred, shared or assigned in any manner. Rewards cannot be used or redeemed in conjunction with any other Promotion.

Promotion is available online only and therefore access to the internet is required to participate in this Promotion. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the claimant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

The Promoter (including its directors, officers, employees and agents) and TLC reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimant (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserve the right, in their discretion, to disqualify any individuals who they have reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the claim process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s and TLC’s discretion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

Failure by the Promoter or TLC to enforce any of their rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s and TLC’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation arising as a result of such conduct are reserved.

The Promoter (including its directors, officers, employees and agents), TLC, its respective agents, Reward providers and distributors are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged Rewards, and to the extent permitted by law do not make any contractual promise or representation regarding the quality and/or availability of the services offered and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage.

The Promoter or TLC reserves the right to vary the terms of the Promotion at any time and to withdraw the Promotion without notice.

In the event that for any reason whatsoever a Qualified Customer does not take or claim a Reward (or an element of a Reward) at or by the time stipulated then that Reward (or that element of the Reward) will be forfeited by the Qualified Customer and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that Reward (or element of the Reward).

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its directors, officers, employees and agents), TLC and the Rewards providers (including their respective officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:

  • any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s or TLC’s or Rewards provider’s control);
  • any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference;
  • any claim or Reward that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter or TLC or Rewards provider) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or TLC or Rewards provider;
  • any variation in Reward value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
  • any tax liability incurred by a Qualified Customer or claimant; or
  • use and/or taking of a Reward.

Should a Qualified Customer’s contact details change during the Promotion, it is the Qualified Customer’s responsibility to notify TLC. A request to access or modify any information provided in claim/entry should be directed to TLC.

If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason, including by outside act, agent or event that is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and TLC, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter and TLC reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • to disqualify any claimant; or
  • subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.

The terms of the Reward are as stated in these Terms & Conditions and no other representations (written or oral) shall apply. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights a Qualified Customer may have.

Claimants consent to the Promoter and TLC using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a successful Qualified Customer (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter or TLC.

Personal information (PI) is being collected by TLC and the Promoter in order to conduct this Promotion. For this purpose, TLC and the Promoter may disclose PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, suppliers and, as required, to regulatory authorities. Participation is conditional on providing this PI. TLC will use and handle personal information as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at http://www.asus-sg.com. Each Privacy Policy also contains information about how Qualified Customers may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how Qualified Customers may complain about the treatment of their PI, and how those complaints will be dealt with. All Qualified Customers information remains the property of TLC.

Without detracting in any way from the Promotion Terms and Conditions, the following general provisions shall be applicable to these Rules.

The Promoter/s of this Promotion are the Organisers. The Organisers will interpret the Terms and Conditions in their sole discretion and reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with the provisions contained in these Rules.

By entering and participating in the Promotion, you agree that the Organisers may collect and process your personal information for purposes of this Promotion.

The Organisers, their directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by them or any supplier of goods and services in connection with this Promotion and their spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, business partners or associates are not eligible to participate in or enter this Promotion.

IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE, THE DECISION OF THE ORGANISERS WILL BE FINAL AND BINDING AND NO CORRESPONDENCE WILL BE ENTERED INTO IN THIS REGARD AND FOR FURTHER CLARITY, THE ORGANISERS SHALL BE ENTITLED TO DEAL WITH SUCH DISPUTES (OR ANY FAILURE BY ENTRANTS TO FOLLOW THE RULES) IN THEIR SOLE DISCRETION, INCLUDING THAT THE ORGANISERS SHALL BE ENTITLED, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER RIGHTS WHICH THE ORGANISERS MAY HAVE IN TERMS OF THESE RULES, TO IMMEDIATELY DISQUALIFY ENTRANTS FROM THIS PROMOTION. BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION AND/OR ACCEPTING ANY PRIZE, THE ENTRANTS, USERS AND/OR WINNERS HEREBY INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE ORGANISERS (INCLUDING THEIR SUBSIDIARIES, HOLDING COMPANIES AND AFFILIATES), THEIR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS AND CONTRACTORS (THE “ORGANISER PARTIES”)

FROM AND AGAINST ANY ACTIONS, CLAIMS AND/OR LIABILITY FOR INJURY, LOSS, DAMAGE, EXPENSE, CLAIM OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION, AND/OR THE USE, ACCEPTANCE OR POSSESSION OF A PRIZE, AND/OR PARTICIPATION (OR NON-PARTICIPATION) IN A PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY.

Entrants who, in the Organisers’ sole determination, act unlawfully, fraudulently, in breach of these Rules and/or Terms and Conditions or otherwise dishonestly may be disqualified from participating in the Promotion and shall not be eligible to win any prize.

ASUS and TLC Marketing Worldwide (Singapore) are not responsible for any reward misrepresentation (written or verbal) on warranties by anyone / group other than TLC Marketing Worldwide

ADDITIONAL TO ANY OTHER RIGHTS CONTAINED IN THE COMPETITON RULES, THE ORGANISERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE PROMOTION AT ANY TIME WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. IF THIS IS THE CASE, THE ORGANISERS WILL PROVIDE A NOTICE ON THE WEBSITE AND IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ENTRANTS TO REVIEW SUCH WEBSITE IN THIS RESPECT. IN SUCH EVENT, ALL ENTRANTS HEREBY WAIVE ANY RIGHTS WHICH THEY MAY HAVE AGAINST ANY OF THE ORGANISER PARTIES AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY WILL HAVE NO RECOURSE OR CLAIM OF ANY NATURE AGAINST THE ORGANISER PARTIES.

THE PROMOTERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY TECHNICAL FAILURE THAT MAY RESULT IN AN ENTRY NOT BEING SUCCESSFULLY SUBMITTED. ANY PRIZE IS ACCEPTED BY A WINNER AT HIS/HER OWN RISK AND THE ORGANISERS ARE NOT LIABLE, AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY DEFECT IN THE PRIZE.

The duration of this Promotion may also be extended or curtailed at the sole discretion of the Promoters . If this is the case, the Organisers will provide notice of this on the Website.
