1. The ROG Phone 5 is 5G-ready, but may only be used to access 5G network in Singapore after local 5G network is launched. SIM card upgrade and/or software update may be required. Data subscription fees apply.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The Pre-Order promotion along with the complimentary ROG AeroActive Cooler5 is only valid from 9th April 2021 to 22nd April 2021 and while stocks last. Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other offers or promotions.

2. When placing a Pre-Order for the ROG Phone 5, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. ASUS or any of the participating retailer shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped by contacting your retailer. You acknowledge and agree that the retailer may decline or delay

reservations to avoid oversubscription or as it deems appropriate, provided that we will make efforts to inform you within two (2) weeks of our receipt of your Pre-Order, and that you will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase Price.

3. You will be charged the full Price of the Products at the time of placing the Pre-Order and by doing so, you agree to the terms of sales outlined by the retailer.

4. The retailer will ship Products according to the order in which the Pre-Order is received. This position does not imply receiving a particular number associated with your Products. If you cancel or forfeit your reservation in accordance

with the terms of this Agreement, your position will be taken by the next person on the Product reservation list.

5. Although the retailer will make efforts to begin delivering Products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery (ETD) is only an estimate, is subject to change, and the retailer does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date.

6. The delivery or collection of the complimentary AeroActive Cooler5 will be available together with your pre-order of your ROG Phone 5 on the 23rd April ,2021.

7. The Pre-Order price ("Price") includes taxes and other government charges and is final and valid from the moment you place your pre-order.

8. The retailer may cancel this reservation by terminating the Pre-Order at any time for any or no reason prior to our notice to you that your Product is ready for delivery and refund will be as per the terms of sales outlined by the retailer

9. ASUS and the retailer will use any information that we may collect about you and contact you only in accordance with our privacy policy.

10. ASUS reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion anytime without prior notice. ASUS reserves the right to amend, terminate or substitute the promotion at any time, without prior notice or disclosure of reason. The decision

of ASUS on all matters relating to the abovementioned promotion is final, conclusive and binding on all users, and no correspondence, whether relating to the allotment of redemption of otherwise, will be entertained. Other terms and
