[Phone] Phone / Tablet Overheat

Please follow the steps below for troubleshooting：

1. Do not run apps that may use much memory for long time, for example, 3D games and video.

2. It's recommended that do not use your phone/tablet while it is charging.

3. Update firmware to the latest version：" Settings " > " About " > " System update " > "Check Update "

4. Access to Safe Mode ( long press power key > Tap and hold " Power Off " > Tap " OK " )：If your device works normally in safe mode, malfunction might be caused by 3rd party apps.

Please reboot your device and check again if it works well.

5. Backup your data and perform factory data reset.

If above steps can't solve your issue, please contact ASUS Customer Center for help.
