ASUS Service Centre Out-of-Warranty (OOW) Fees

Terms and Conditions
- For Out-of-Warranty (OOW) and Customer-Induced Damage (CID) service requests, applicable fees shall apply.
- The service centre will provide final repair quotation for customer’s approval before repair work is carried out.
- The evaluation fee shall be charged and is non-refundable, regardless of whether repair quotation is accepted or declined by customer.
- Transportation fees shall apply to customers who request for Pick-up and Return (PUR) service, if applicable.
- All applicable fees and charges will be communicated to the customer prior to the commencement of repair services.
