[Gaming NB]When you connect/disconnect AC adapter, the display will shortly switch off and on

The high refresh rate panel which provides a remarkably smooth visual gaming experience.
However, the AC adapter needs to be connected (AC mode) when playing at such a high refresh rate because the system needs more power.
When the AC adapter is disconnected, the system will revert to DC mode and also initialize the Intel® Display Refresh Rate Switching (Intel® DRRS) to adjust the refresh rate from higher to normal.
When this happens, the display will briefly switch off and on as it switches refresh rates.
The lower refresh rate will also help prolong the battery life.  You can select the high refresh rate again as long as the AC adapter is connected to a power source.
