[Notebook] Why isn’t [Launch CSM] function in the BIOS setup menu?

The Windows Operating System which supports Intel CoffeeLake and later processors is limited to Windows 10.

So [Launch CSM] feature(option) is no longer in the BIOS Setup menu from Intel CoffeeLake processors.
