[Phone] How do I enable Outdoor mode?

Outdoor mode allows the user to use the mobile phone in a noisy outdoor environment. The system will automatically increase the volume to make the sound easier to hear.

Swipe down from the top of the screen to access Quick Settings > Tap the Settings icon > Sound & vibration > Toggle Outdoor mode to the "On" position.
