    1.Support the MEROM CPU for A7J project.
    2. Fix bug that Merom CPU system will hang when boot from USB storage and install EMM386.exe.
    3.Do not display "F2:Enter Setup ESC:Popup Menu" during POST in Instant On mode for we do not allow user to Enter Setup Menu or Select Boot Device during POST of Instant On mode.
