As a special “Thank You!” for purchasing a ASUS device, ASUS has teamed up with Adobe to provide a three-month and one-month limited term subscription to “Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps, Individual” (the “Offer”). Before claiming the Offer, you should understand the terms and conditions governing this promotion (“Offer Terms”). The Offer Terms are in addition to ASUS’s Terms of Use Notice and Privacy Policy (our “Standard Terms”) governing your use of the ASUS services. You must create an account with Adobe and accept the Adobe Terms of Use to be eligible for this Offer. By claiming the Offer, you agree to these Offer Terms in addition to our Standard Terms. Capitalized terms used here but not defined have the meaning given to them in our Standard Terms. ASUS and Adobe reserve the right to terminate this Offer at any time.

1. HOW TO PARTICIPATE.

User shall purchase one (1) new and eligible ASUS product (refurbished products are not included) during the Promotion Period as defined below to participate in the Offer and claim either one (1) complimentary access to Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps, Individual membership for three (3) months or one (1) complimentary access to Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps, Individual membership for one (1) month. User may only claim one (1) Offer per Order (irrespective of the number of the eligible ASUS product ordered). This Offer can be combined with other, simultaneously running offers from ASUS or Adobe.

The User shall become a member of ASUS, log in an ASUS account and submit the serial number, the check number and the invoice of the purchased product to redeem the Offer. Once the eligibility is proved, the User will be directed to a redemption portal on www.adobepartneroffer.com (additional terms and conditions apply), where User will be instructed to select the Order and log in with or create an Adobe account. Unclaimed Offer will not be reissued to User.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD.

The Offer begins in Taiwan starting September 2, 2021 at 11:59 PM, CST and ends on September 2, 2022 at 11:59 PM, CST (“Promotion Period”).

3. REDEMPTION PERIOD.

The Offer may be claimed between September 2, 2021 at 11:59 PM, CST and November 2, 2021 at 11:59 PM, CST (“Redemption Period”).

4. GENERAL CONDITIONS.

No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent of any Offer, except by ASUS, which reserves the right to substitute an Offer with one of comparable or greater value. Any taxes and any duties on the Offer are the User’s sole responsibility.

If User returns the eligible ASUS product, the claim for an Offer will be invalidated, and User will not be entitled to claim or receive the Offer. This does not apply if User exercises its legal rights under the Consumer Rights laws because the eligible ASUS product is faulty.

5. VIOLATION

If Users participate and claim the Offer without the purchase of one (1) new and eligible ASUS product and cannot prove their eligibility of the Offer, ASUS reserves the right to take legal action at any time.

6. PRIVACY; DATA COLLECTION.

7. SURVIVAL.

If any clause of these Offer Terms should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

ASUS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ANY OFFER OR THE PARTICIPATION OF THE USER IN THE OFFER. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE OFFER, USER AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD ASUS AND ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND THEIR AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, PARENTS, ADVERTISING, PROMOTION AND FULFILLMENT AGENCIES, AND LEGAL ADVISORS HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THE OFFER OR RESULTING FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OF ANY OFFER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, AND PROPERTY DAMAGE, AND CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, OR INVASION OF PRIVACY.
