[NUC] Youtube* Will Not Play on NUC 11 Performance kit - NUC11PAHi7 when Using a USB Speaker, Error: "If playback doesn't begin shortly, try restarting your device"

Resolution

Determine whether a USB HUB is being used to connect the USB speaker, since the USB C hub is generating auditory interference from the NUC to the speaker, preventing the video from playing.
Connect the USB speaker to the NUC USB Port directly.
