1. ELIGIBILITY

You are eligible to participate in the Promotion if you (i) agree to the Offer Terms; (ii) have an active single sign on account with ASUS; (iii) have an active single sign on account with Intel; (iv) receive Master Key (a unique series of alphanumeric characters) from ASUS by receive confirmation of eligibility of your purchase after successfully completing the purchase verification claim submission, and (v) complete a survey about your purchase. If you have not yet reached the age of majority set by your country/region territory of legal residence (18 years of age in many countries), please ask your parent or legal guardian to participate in this Promotion on your behalf. Residents of or persons in any country or region that is the subject or target of any United States or other government sanctions or embargoes are not eligible to redeem the Offer or otherwise participate in the Promotion.

2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

(i) Users must purchase one (1) new and eligible ASUS Product (refurbished products are not included) during the Offer Period (as defined below) to participate in the Offer and claim one (1) complimentary access to the Offer. Users may only claim one (1) Offer per order (regardless of the number of eligible ASUS Products ordered). This Offer cannot be combined with other simultaneously running offers from ASUS or Intel; (ii) The User must become a member of ASUS’s official website, log into the ASUS account, and submit the serial number, the check number, the invoice of the purchased ASUS Product, purchase date, and purchase store to claim the Master Key for the Offer. Once eligibility is confirmed, the User will receive a Master Key from ASUS by email. Unclaimed Offers will not be reissued to the User after the REDEMPTION PERIOD (see below); and(iii) After receiving the Master Key, the User must visit Intel's webpage (softwareoffer.intel.com) to create or log into their account, and:

• confirm that they fully understand, accept, and agree to be bound by Intel’s Offer Terms and Conditions, Intel’s Terms of Use, and Intel’s Privacy Policy;
• complete the mandatory survey about the purchase; and
• follow Intel’s instructions to redeem the Offer during Intel’s redemption period.

This Offer is valid as long as supplies last and void where prohibited. Each ASUS Product is eligible for only one offer. The Offer may not be transferred or sold. Only the eligible recipient of the Master Key may redeem the Offer. Certain software titles may not be available to all consumers because of age restrictions. The Offer may be changed, cancelled, or suspended at any time, for any reason, without notice, at Intel’s or ASUS’s reasonable discretion if its fairness or integrity affected whether due to human or technical error. 3. OFFER PERIOD

The Offer ends on December 31, 2025 at, 11:59 PM USA Pacific Time (“Offer Period”).

4. REDEMPTION PERIOD

The Offer may be ends on February 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM USA Pacific Time (“Redemption Period”).

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS

No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of any Offer is permitted, except by ASUS or Intel, who reserve the right to substitute an Offer with one of comparable or greater value. Any taxes and duties on the Offer are the User’s sole responsibility.

If the User returns the eligible ASUS Product, the claim for an Offer will be invalidated, and the User will not be entitled to claim or receive the Offer. This does not apply if the User exercises their legal rights under consumer rights laws due to a faulty ASUS Product.

6. VIOLATION

If Users participate in and claim the Offer without purchasing one (1) new and eligible ASUS Product and cannot prove their eligibility and the authenticity of their proof of purchase, ASUS and Intel reserve the right to take legal action for fraud at any time.

8. SURVIVAL

If any clause of these Offer Terms should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ASUS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ANY OFFER OR THE PARTICIPATION OF THE USER IN THE OFFER. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE OFFER, USER AGREES TO RELEASE AND HOLD ASUS AND ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND THEIR AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, PARENTS, ADVERTISING, PROMOTION AND FULFILLMENT AGENCIES, AND LEGAL ADVISORS HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THE OFFER OR RESULTING FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OF ANY OFFER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, AND PROPERTY DAMAGE, AND CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, OR INVASION OF PRIVACY.
