ZenFone 2 Advanced Replacement Instructions

What is ZenFone 2 advanced replacement?

This option available to ZenFone 2 (model: ZE551ML and ZE551KL) customers who wish to obtain a replacement product before returning a defective product. A valid credit card is required at the time of the request.

Who is eligible for advanced replacement?

The ZenFone 2 advanced replacement option is currently available for in-warranty, ZenFone 2 (model: ZE551ML and ZE551KL) owners located in the United States and Canada territories only.

Are there any costs associated with advanced replacement?

Yes, there is a $25 non-refundable processing fee.

 
 

Step 1: Apply for a RMA number

Step 2: Fill out the ZenFone 2 Advanced Replacement Form

 

What happens next?

After you obtain a RMA number and submit the advanced replacement form, please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Asus will ship the replacement device via Fedex Standard Overnight. The defective device must be returned to Asus within 14 days of receiving your replacement. If you fail to return your device as instructed, Asus reserves the right to charge the credit card for the retail value of the device plus shipping and handling.
