After you obtain a RMA number and submit the advanced replacement form, please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Asus will ship the replacement device via Fedex Standard Overnight. The defective device must be returned to Asus within 14 days of receiving your replacement. If you fail to return your device as instructed, Asus reserves the right to charge the credit card for the retail value of the device plus shipping and handling.
