ASUS and ROG Black Friday deals 2023

2022/11/23
Don’t miss these ASUS and ROG deals from all our different channels this week.

23 November, Johannesburg, South Africa — It’s that time of year when crowds stumble over toilet paper and cart TVs out of the malls en masse. That means you may have been saving up for a new laptop. That’s good timing then because ASUS and its gaming sub-brand Republic of Gamers (ROG) have a few laptop specials to look out for this week.

ASUS Store direct

ASUS South Africa launched its eCommerce store earlier in 2022. It features notebooks across the brand’s commercial, consumer and gaming ranges, as well as accessories, peripherals, chargers and apparel.

Over Black Friday and Cyber Monday, the Store offers up to 60% discount on selected products. You can check the specials here, but it’s important to note there are limited quantities available at the special price.

Or go in-store

This consumer holiday won’t be the same without traditional in-store deals. This year Incredible Connection continues the tradition with its ‘Black Star’ instalment.

The retailer features both brick and mortar, as well as online deals this week, including The Zenbook Duo 14 (UX482) Intel Core-i7, 16GB RAM and 1TB storage for R29,999 down from R34,999. Alternatively, the M515 Ryzen 5, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD comes in at R7,999 down from R8,999.

Check the deals here.

Online shopping? Yes, please

If the crowds scare you, it’s definitely worth checking out some of the online promotions this week. There are a handful of ASUS and ROG models on sale via your favourite online retailer, for sure.

Arguably the biggest in our region, Takealot, is offering ‘Early Access’ deals leading up to Black Friday. Special offers span across a range of ASUS devices, like the E410 Celeron model that’s down to R3,699 from R4,999. You can even grab the VivoBook 15 Ryzen 5, 8GB, 512GB SSD for just R11,999 down from R12,999. Takealot deals.
Next up: the gamers.

Evetech has specials running throughout the week, and you’ll find a selection of ROG and TUF models in the lineup.

The TUF Gaming A15 AMD Ryzen 7, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD is listed for R21,999, down from R24,999. Under the ROG arm, the Zephyrus G14 AMD Ryzen 9, 24GB RAM, 1TB SSD with Radeon RX 6700S graphics is down to R41,499 from R45,999.

Evetech deals.

On Wootware’s side, the Black Friday specials only go live on 24 November, but expect to see a handful of TUF specials under the Black Friday banner.
