The other person cannot hear me during phone calls when I turn the speaker on. I am using Max Pro M2 with the latest FOTA. Please help.

Have you tried the following?
1.Go to your phone settings>app & noifications >phone >press the three dots on the upper right>uninstall updates
2.Please kindly app & notifications >phone > storage>  clear data & cache

Hi, I am having the same problem, the phone is brand new (2 weeks) and already have the latest FOTA. Tried the setting above but is still not working. Normal phone call (without speaker) is also having intermitten fading issue, ie. caller cannot hear me properly but if I plug in headset, caller able to hear me. Please help

Did it happen when you call different people?
Please try to kindly app & notifications >phone > storage>  clear data & cache
Please help to confirm other sim card if possible, thank you

Hi Selena, yes different people and yes I have tried clearing the cache&data didn't work.

Did you encounter the problem in third party app?
Did you open speakerphone?
Please help me run the SMMI test to verify if the hardware can function normally. For instructions please refer to the link below:

Hi Selena,

1) even whatsapp call - same results
2) open speaker phone? - meaning switch the speak phone on - yes
3) yes the failure is at the mic2 test failure

I have already sent this back the unit back to the service center and they confirm that the mic is faulty for both the speaker phone and the normal mic.

Very disappointed with just a 2 week old phone.

If it failed in SMMI test, I would suggest you to send the phone to your nearest repair center for checkups.
