Audio Cover - Battery shows Question Mark

Accessory audio cover is not being detected by zenpad 8.0. It shows the battery indicator (with question mark) of the audio cover in the notification bar of the tablet for a few seconds and disappears.

Same problem.. Already consulted with costumer care once and problem reappeared within 10 days. The strange thing is nothing appears after searching the problem in google... There is totally no solution shown and only mention is there in amazon website where i had purchased it.

Even I am also facing same issue. It's stopped working after one week of usage.

I am having exactly the same problem. I sent it to the Asus Service Centre, they apparently changed it, 2 weeks after I collected, same problem has happened!! The only difference now is, the question mark doesn't go away, it stays on there permanently. Such a ridiculous issue to have! If i send it in again and it doesn't get fixed I am going to escalate this issue to higher senior management...
