System update problem

system update is not avaliable for long time for my ZenFone2 (ZE551ML,4G Ram,32GB,ASUS_Z00ADB) and the mobile never accepts setting up some apps (facebook and massanger) due to old android version (android 5.0) , also i can not use google service

System update for android 6.0 only manually. Download .zip for in the asus oficial web site.

How come china phone... Whats the different.. How can we check.. 

The latest frimware of CN version is 2.20.40.197
Sorry to saying that but there is a no any announcement for android M for CN device...

so my zenfone mobile become useless , is there any way to change CN into another version as i live in Egypt or exchange the mobile by another one ??

Where did you bought your phone?
The Google services is not available in China
So there won't be Google play or any related services

If you bought the phone locally from a authorized dealer, the phone SKU for your country should be WW. Thank you
