Hello po. You can use Messages by Google po. By the way, what seems to be the problem po? Is your sim still active pa po?

Hi! Sorry to hear that. I assume someone sent you a message ang u did not receive it. Have you tried calling your aervice provider regarding this? Or nangyayari po ba ito na yung tao na nagsend sayo ng message apple pa phone niya or what? or same network provid3r ba kayo?

<span style="font-size: 15px;">You first have to check whether the problem it due to your phone or your SIM. Try transferring your SIM to another phone that you know works and ask someone to text your number. </span>


<span style="font-size: 15px;">If it immediately appears, then find out the next problem: which caused it, the phone signal itself, or the messaging app? Try downloading other text messaging apps like GoSMS Pro, Textra, Chomp SMS. Also, try disabling then enabling again your Android Messenger then updating it again then try to text your number again. Make sure that as much as possible, if you're about to text your phone, you're in an open space so that signal reception won't be a variable.</span>

<span style="font-size: 15px;">If proven that your SIM has problems, you ma6ly go to your service provider and either ask for a replacement SIM with the same number for a fee, or entirely change a new number.</span>

yes po, activated naman. been using it for 1 year na. can receive calls din.. msgs lang hindi

same network provider.. lahat ng network actually di ako nakaka receive
any brand ng cp, wala talaga ako ma rcv

did everything.  at first it worked then after 3-4 hours di nanaman ako nakakreceive

i have the same scenario for a month now. as in walang text ang pumapasok sakin both smart and globe. im really frustrated now
