ZenUI VR 360 & Raw image option in PixelMaster settings

As per link https://zenui.asus.com/vr360/ Gallery App is expected to play 360 videos and images in VR or 360 mode.

ZD553KL has Gyroscope Sensor but default Asus Gallery is unable to play videos in 360 mode, though the Video is still playable like other videos but unable to experience the 360 view way.

Also post a screenshot with RAW support option in camera app Settings for ZD553KL.

I haven't attached any screenshot !!

I can't see the option, kindly attach the screenshot with that option so that I can capture images in RAW format. I can't get the option to select RAW type images.

What about Gallery 360 video and image view ?

I have got feedback from ASUS that raw images option is not available in this phone. 

Only we can see raw images but no option to capture raw images.

The above statement is correct.

As for now the RAW image option is available on ZD552KL.

In the link provided by you, it is stated that ZenUI VR 360 is available only on Zenfone AR and Zenfone 3 Zoom.

What is the hardware limitation of this phone due to which 360 gallery for video and image feature can't be used on this phone ?

Photo collage 360 works then why not gallery ?
