Description: After updating to nougat, not able to update or download an apps from the play store. Please help

Hi Zenfans,

Can you provide us the screenshot for the same?

Also tel us what error message pop up is seen on the screen when downloading or updating apps from playstore.

Go to seeting apps and select Play Store from it.

Clear catch and data form it. Then try to downlaod or update the app
