Power Saver bug in 3.24.40.78

So I receive OTA update last night (69mb) and update it right away, unfortunately it failed and says "E: Can't open /dev/block/by-name/misc (Permission denied). So I tried updating manually (700mb) and it was successful, but I was experiencing "Unfortunately, Power Saver has stop" and "Asus.services has stop" so I thought of performing factory data reset and wiping cache partition. After wiping cache, I notice that "E: Can't open /dev/block/by-name/misc (Permission denied) appeared once again (as can be seen in the photo below) and upon reboot, I check if the power saver bug still persist. Unfortunately it does as well as for the asus services, what does the command that says permission denied mean? and how can I solve the power saver bug? Thanks in advance

Why you all have so many problem, I din't encounter any problem for update this latest lollipop. I from RR Rom to stock rom then to latest lollipop without any problem.

you think i did manual update differently with this update as compared to what i did for .60? i've never had any issues with .60 before, i think this is a bug. admins please help us.

I'm also getting this "Asus services has stopped" and "power saver has stopped "

trust me, I know what I'm doing and I have the same issue like people above. Btw. you cant do anything wrong, its just downloading file on internal storage and waiting for notification. So there is sth wronf with firmware

I have the same problem since OS JB..   how can It be fix?

i already did that prior to this post, upon opening it for the first time everything is ok, opening it for the second time and it will unfortunately stop again. </3

i have same problem like that..but i fix it..

i just clear data power saver.
turn off.clear wipe cache partition.. and work fine..
if not fix.i think.u backup application.and format use adb sideload..clear data n cache..cause maybe old firmware n new firmware have replace.. so,system cannot read old n new firmware.. just try it.. my power saver work fine..and bluetooth have bug n i clear data and turn off.all work fine
