FIRMWARE ZE500CL

good morning ... I have a serious problem with my zenfone ZOOD ZE500CL ATT VERSION....


I rootie the phone with a method, youtube and everything went well, but after 2 days of operation to restart the phone empeso alone ..


only to restart nothing but a kind of bug .. then proceeded to do a hard reset and the phone still doing the same .. just that CUNADO restart enters the recovery mode ..


on the other hand has no telephone system and am looking for the firmware of this terminal .. on page ASUS none are compatible because it eh tried and I get an error that is not the correct package will SKU .. in the page they are international (WW) and I have the ATT 500CL
I find the firware nowhere ..

well bro,try contacting xda people,they might have the solution...
but for the firmware issue,only asus people can give the firmware..

You bricked your phone trying to get rid of the att firmware. Duh! Asus will not help you in this case.
You need to flash tethered recovery, then you can flash WW firmware, .118 from ze500cl. Then no more

good, thanks for answering, I've tried flashing firmware and it gives me an error (this package is not ATT ....) because of course this version of ATT have no TW, WW O CN ....
unless you are doing something wrong, I think I have the recovery of original phone
up in the recovery and not encunetro ATT_12.16.10.76 says the firware nowhere

Did you root first? you have to follow instructions. Root first!
Run the tethered recovery, flash superSU, reboot,
Place .118 firmware in your phones root directory.
Run tethered recovery again, choose zip and navigate to the .118 firmware in your root directory.
And voila!!!
no more att, no tethering restrictions, no att address book, and you get FM radio :-)

Now go back to the root directory and delete that firmware file!!!

Sounds like you flashed the wrong root. But can you enter recovery/fastboot ? if so, you should be able to flash the firmware with tethered recovery.

fastboot only recovery lost!!!!!
