ZB452KG LED Notification and GPS Lock Issue

Hi, I got a new Zenfone Go (ZB452KG) several months ago. Love the design so much, but at the first day I recognized that there's something wrong in this device.

First thing that I see is the notification LED is turned on only on charging (red) and when the phone is fully charged (green), else it won't turned on when I got notification (ex: BBM, SMS, Line, etc).

Second thing is GPS can lock properly even I go outside. In Maps it always showing gray dot with wrong location. I've set High Accuracy mode in Location settings. And also I can't play Pokemon Go because the GPS can't properly lock my location and the game always shows me "GPS signal not found" error.
