how do I turn on zenfone 3 touch key back lights?

there is currently an error on some zenfone 3 wherein when you try to take a video it keeps on saying camera not working..but when you restart your phone it fixes it..not really a major thing but still something that I currently noticed

ZenFone 3 5.5 and 5.2 do not have backlit keys. Most reviews mention this.
