VoLTE update fix procedure and working 100%

This can support on asus zenfone 2 z008d

I have done this ,but no change

you must put your phone in fastboot mode before typing fastboot device..

I have done the above procedure,but no change,now my fone doesnt go to recovery mode,now when i am switching my fone ON ,it just displays the 4g volte sign and HD ready sign for a single second and disappears,
Pls help
