Sim Not Recognized

My phone (ASUS_Z00AD) doesn't recognize Sim1. I already tried to change sims but the Sim 1 doesn't recognizes any sim I Put in. So my solution is to go to a service center. So here is the  question. This phone was Bought in Hong Kong and was Sent by my mother from there? Can i Use the warranty for this device here in Davao. Philippines, even if the receipt was left in Hong Kong and is probably gone by now?
