Hi,

I'm using Zenfone 2 for 5 months, recently after installing new software updates (WW-2.20.**) there are few severe issues with my phone.

1. Wifi & data not working, cant connect to internet.
2. Goes in boot loop on screen lock.

I have tried factory rest & also downgrade firmware to ' UL-Z00A-WW-2.15.40.10-user' but problem persists.

Also, As I have erased my data & due to no internet, cant synchronize my google account for contacts and other things

Please provide a solution,

Zenfones are good, but Asus Service is not so good.
I have not returned back my Zenfone 2 even after a month passed by from its Service Centre.
So all these are fake.

Veey bad service...of service center

They do not pick ur phn....very bad service by service center they keept my mobile for 1month only for small minor defect in software wich i broght it back and done at home only...harslu took 1hrs to repair my phn...
