[ZenFone Tips] How to transfer contacts to a new phone (ASUS to ASUS)

OK~ As the day ASUS announces its new smartphone approaches, let’s learn how to transfer our contacts from our old phone to the new phone today!
1. Open the “Data transfer” function in the “Tools” folder.



2. You will see many brands available for selection once opened; we are selecting ASUS today!



3. Since the transfer of the contacts is through Bluetooth communication, so remember to turn on the Bluetooth function on both phones. The Bluetooth of the old phone terminal must be set as “Device visible” in order for the new phone to successfully pair with the original phone for data transfer!



4. Searching... We can see that Kenny’s old phone is found by the new phone.



5. “Pair” must be pressed on both phones for them to communicate properly.



6. We can see that contacts can already be selected for transfer;
receivable storage devices include personal GMAIL and phone. It is recommended to set it as GMAIL so that if you upgrade your phone in the future, they can be synchronized to the new phone using GOOGLE contacts, which is a lot faster.



7. Select the storage location and then click Next; the old phone will display whether to authorize data access to contacts; please select “Yes” or else the contacts information will not be transferred to the new phone.
   


8. Next is to wait patiently… Kenny only has a few contacts so transfer can be completed in approximately one minute.  
Bluetooth connection will be automatically turned off when completed.


9. Data transfer through Bluetooth connection~ successful!!!
