1. NO
2. Nothing will happen because all system files are located in Internal ROOT storage so the apps which are shifted to SD card will won't work.
3. There is an option to format it back as PORTABLE STORAGE

2) Will I have the option to select how much space do we want to allocate to internal ?
3)Say,my internal storage is full and I want to remove sd card ... what to do ?
Thanks!

Thanks for the help!
But one question still remains in doubt : Say , my internal storage is full and I have app data saved to sd card also and I want eject the sd card. The sd card will be ejected successfully but where will the app data go for that time being ? Or my mobile will be rendered useless (as data missing) until I again plug in the sd card.
In other words , is it upto me (as it was till 5.1) to select which apps will save data in sd card ?
Thanks once again!
Can we first partition the sd card, into two segments and use one for App Data and the rest as a normal sd card. Also in which file system format does Android System format the sdcard. I used to do this back in the days of Hybrid Data 2 SD and App2SD.
