ZenTalk PH Forum Rules and Regulations

Chapter 1: General

• The rules and regulations of this forum aim to regulate users' behavior, maintain normal operations of the forum and users' basic rights, and provide better services for users.
• This user forum adheres to the concept of people-oriented medium and rational discussion. This forum equally provides each user with freedom of speech and fundamental rights.
• Users must strictly obey the rules and regulations of this forum.
  

Chapter 2: Accounts
An account using a prohibited alias will be suspended from the forum. Th use of the following names as aliases are prohibited:

• Indecent and inappropriate names;
• Names with links to advertisements or spam;
• Names that might be confused with or mistaken as the names of forum moderators;
• Names that are insulting, provocative, abusive, or defamatory to others;
• Other names that are deemed inappropriate by the section group.
  

An account using prohibited photos or images will be suspended from the forum. The use of the following photos or images as users' avatars are prohibited:

• Indecent and inappropriate photos or images;
• Photos or images that might be confused with or mistaken as photos or images of the forum moderators;
• Photos or images that are insulting, provocative, abusive, or defamatory to others;
• Other photos or images that are deemed inappropriate by the section group.
  

Chapter 3: Information Dissemination

• An account with prohibited contents will be banned from the forum. The following contents are prohibited:
  

• Information that contains obscenities, pornography, threats of violence, propaganda on terrorism, or illegal/criminal activities;
• Information that is insulting, slanderous, defamatory, or infringing on the legitimate rights and interest ofothers;
• Other information that is prohibited by local laws and regulations.
  

• This forum is a technical forum to learn, share, and exchange information. A user is prohibited to repeatedly post the same content. To post for help, please read the sticky threads or relevant teaching first, and take advantage of the search function of the forum. For users who repeatedly post the same contents, the forum moderator could delete the contents and suspend the user account for 1-3 days depending on the seriousness of the violation. Serious or repeat violators could be permanently banned from the forum on the consensus and approval of the section group.
  

• The forum contains sections that tackle specific topics. Users must post contents that are related to the section's topic only. The forum moderator can delete posts that are meaningless or are not section-related, and can suspend the user account for 1 to 7 days depending on the seriousness of the violation. Serious or repeat violators of this rule will be given a two-point deduction or a maximum of two-month suspension on the consensus and approval of the section group.
  

• The publication of unauthorized commercial advertisements or other illegal propaganda information is prohibited. Depending on the seriousness of the violation, the forum moderator can delete messages and suspend the user account for 14 days. Serious or repeat violators could begiven a maximum of three-month suspension on the consensus and approval of the section group.
• Uploading resources and links that are copyright-protected (apps, games, etc.), or contain viruses, Trojan horses, and adult-related contents are strictly prohibited. Depending on the seriousness of the violation, the forum moderator can delete posts and suspend the user account for 14 to 30 days. Serious or repeat violators could be permanently banned from the forum on the consensus and approval of the section group.
• ZenTalk is an exchange platform for ASUS customers. Users can consult after-sales problems about ZenFone, PadFone andFonePad in relevant section and customer service staff may resolve your problems. For those ZenTalk users who have not replied to ASUS Customer Service personnel's repeated attempts to contact them, ZenTalk has the right to delete the posts or close the accounts of these users without any notice.
  

Chapter 4: Handling of Complaints
A user can report about prohibited contents or a violator of the forum rules and regulations. Points will be given to those users whose reports are proven valid and true.

• Inquiries or feedbacks will be entertained from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m to 5:30 pm  (Taiwan / GMT+08:00).
• For effective communication, please post your inquiries or concerns in English.
• When it is within the basic principle of this forum, other matters may be settled or implemented with the approval of the section group's majority and the management group.
• This forum is especially for discussions of technical problems. For service related problems, please contact local service centers.
