2. ASUS reserves the right to cancel your qualification if the EXIF data of your photography work had been modified. Make sure to have your originals saved, so that we would be able to look through the EXIF data. (One participant should only select one site to submit all your photos to that specific site, Ex: If you are an Indian,you can either choose the WW or India site, but you would need to submit allyour photos on that site itself, do not jump to another country. Otherwise your qualification will be cancelled. Also, when Philippines and Indonesia start, moderator will send email to confirm which site you would like to paticipate the contest)
4. The photography works must be original and participants own the rights to their photography works. If not, ASUS has the right to cancel your qualification for this Promotion.
5. You must submit your photography work on ZenTalk. If not, ASUS has the right to cancel your qualification for this Promotion.
6. The prize results will be announced on ZenTalk, and we will inform all winners by e-mail.
7. All prizes warranty in this Promotion shall be in line with its own warranty regulations.
8. All prize in this Promotion, in whole or in part, is not allowed to transfer or exchange and cannot be liquidated unless specified otherwise.
