Hi guys.
Please help any one.
Signal is showing, but I am unable dial 1977 number in dailpad and I have installed jio4GVoice app and opens the app, then it always showing "Configure Jio4GVoice using the number of the SIM in this phone".
Pls any one help me.Jiojoin app is not available in playstore.

Bro,just call 1800-890-1977 from any phone or any sim, and if the call doesn't connects in 1 attempt try to call again,its the call drop problem i think so try and after trying 2-3 times it will get connected to the data service activation portal and then they will ask your jio number so just type your Jio number which you want to activate,after that type your last 4 digits of the given document,by this way your data services will get activated,you will get the msg in 5 minutes after that switch on your data of jio sim and then open jio4Gvoice(jio join) and configure it,after configuring call 1977 from the app and then do all the steps,and then your voice services will now get activated in 5 minutes,now just go to my jio and register your no. and then you can see your subscriptions and remember that jio4Gvoice needs the jio sim's internet and it will not configure itself if you use any other modes of internet like other sim's or wifi's internet,because jio join only configures itself when you have jio sim in 1st sim slot and data services activated so you have to activate the data service first...and this lengthy process is for non VoLTE devices only...and remember when you want to call anywhere using the jio sim then you have to call using the jio4Gvoice app's dialer...HOPE IT HELPS

Hi Sravan,

Please follow methods below for troubleshooting:

1. Contact network provider to check if the place where you stay has no signal of mobile network.
2. Tick Data enabled in Settings > More > Mobile networks.
3. Enable Airplane mode for 5 seconds and disable it in Settings >More.
4. Reboot your phone.
5. Update firmware to latest version: Go to Settings > About > System update > Check Update.
6. Access Safe Mode by long pressing power key > tapping and holding Power Off > tapping OK. If your phone works well in Safe Mode, there may be some 3rd apps that cause malfunction. Please reboot your phone and check again if it works well.
7. Backup your data and perform factory data reset.

If the issue appears, contact service provider.
