Touch screen sensitivity

Hi, when will the next FW update be released? Please include fix for the touch screen, the current FW version doesn't seem to fix this. There  are instances that a tap or touch is delayed or not recognized at all, already adjusted the sensitivity on the mouse/trackpad pointer speed

Hmm.. mine are working touch response though it's not soft as the other zenfone but working fine at all.
If you think there are something wrong on your lcd you can bring it at our asus service center.

i believe this issue has already been fixed in the latest firmware update for Z3Max. See below link for your reference.

The firmware update on the link is already upgraded to 13.0.1.30 and what i am using right now.

Hi. FYI this issue is still not fixed on the latest firmware. It is not that soft as compared to other zenfones. I'm already updated to the latest firmware which is 13.0.1.30, I can say that the touch sensitivity improved slightly but still it is really annoying. Try using Zenfone 3 Max -_-

Hi. Fyi it is not still fixed. The touch sensitivity in the latest firmware improved just slightly. It's really annoying that I can't use my phone smooth just like other phones because of its lack of touch sensitivity. And also include the blurry front cam in dark places and the yellowish photos when using flash at night that is not kinda normal. We zenfone 3 max users that are updated to the latest firmware are still experiencing these very dissapointing and annoying bugs :|

Low touchscreen sensitivity which is not normal compared to other phones that is soft and smooth. Blurry front cam specially on dark places. Yellowish photos when usig flash at night -_- it's really annoying and dissapointing.



There are plenty of us zenfone 3 max users that already reported this issues. Not just on your forum but also on facebook. Starting last month, and it seems that there are no actions. We are hoping that these issues will be fixed ASAP

Im already updated to that latest firmware but still experiencing these bugs
