【App Review】Energy Bar

We always get notified whenever our battery is depleted to a certain point. For ZenFones it is at 15% and 5% but most of the time, we got used to whatever we are doing specially if you're playing games in full screen then eventually we will forget that we are notified to recharge our smartphone. Ending up drained which we all know isn't healthy for our battery, that's why we would like to share you an app that will show you your current battery percentage even while you're playing games in fullscreen.





This app is called Energy Bar. It adds an additional bar on the status bar which will help you visualize your phone's current battery percentage.






You can also customize the color of the energy bar but you have to donate for the gradient effect. The segmented colors look neat though and fair enough.






For me, i set the bar type to Normal bar as it feels a bit awkward to set the bar as the whole status bar. The thickness is set to 3. And of course the purpose of the app is to show the current battery percentage of my phone therefore I did not toggle the option to auto hide on fullscreen apps.

I even disabled my battery percentage because I keep worrying about the battery chipping away over time and I tend to keep charging before it reachest 50. Now I live dangerously with 15% trying to survive work till I get home :p
