How shoud i dolve my issue of contacts geting duplicated

Today i factory reset my phone
4 time  in serial after 7,8 days i have off google contacts synchrinising  as told though my contacts get doubled and when i try to delete  duplicate message comes as i cannot delete it   can only hide it as it is read only contact
Apps i have
1Truecaller
2Quora
Gmail
3Skype
4 English offline fictionary by livivio
5  myjio
6  jiochat

Zentalk zencircle gallary builtin apps i have what should i do what are this read only contacts
