Main camera blurry

Please fix the main camera focus always blurry. I tried to use manual and auto mode but still blurry.

Autofocus became crappyy after latest Update...
it is sttuggling to Focus...
need a Fix

1.) How frequency does this problem occur?  Did this problem happened every time?
2.) Could you show me your operation to duplicate it?
3.) Did this problem occur on any camera mode (ex: Auto, manual, HDR Pro, and so on.)?
4.) Please kindly pm me your serial number. (settings > about > status > serial number)
5.) Could you use touch screen for focus by manually ?

I have the same problem. I totally regret wasting $400 on this phone. It was even considered "built for photography" but the focus sucks even on manual mode, the photos aren't crisp, are grainy, and blurry. I wanna kms

ZE552KL have release new firmware, please kindly update system to the latest 14.2020.1706.53.
(settings > system update > check update)

I wasn't having this issue until I updated to 14.2020.1706.53. on a ZE552KL. Before that, my camera was perfect amd good quality. Now every single photo is blurry and unfocused on rear camera. The front camera works fine. I have tried restoring default settings, clearing cache, and wiping the camera and sensor.

Is it possible to downgrade firmware without having to reset phone?
